I’ve now been to your store about 5 times and have to say that the service is wonderful. Each and every time I have visited your team has provided a very helpful and happy service. It is an art shop so one expects to have a great experience but having said that there are so many places that do not provide the help, care or experience. Hi. I don't usually take the trouble to do this, but just wanted to say how much I appreciate your prompt and careful attention to my orders, even though they've only been small orders at this stage (I'm a cash-strapped beginner to art).

Living out here in the bush, I don't have ready access to a reliable source of decent materials and it's great to be able to choose what I want from your website and know it'll be in my hands very quickly and in good condition as well, plus your follow-up emails make me feel more secure about online shopping, which as a rule I don't feel comfortable doing.

So, thanks for that, and I'll now be a regular customer.

I just wanted to write and tell you of the absolutely wonderful experience I had whilst shopping in your store.

I went in for a can of clear lacquer and I was first assisted by Naomi. She was both lovely and informative so as we got to the counter I decided to ask her about a completely different project of mine. Even though it had nothing to do with selling me anything from the store, Naomi went out of her way to call her friend she thought could help me. She wrote down a number of different contact details I could try- and I will definitely use for future projects!

As this happened, Justine overheard our conversation and said that she could also help me. Justine asked me to leave my email address and she would contact me once she was able to speak to her friend too.

When I arrived back at my office, there was an email waiting for me with contact details of a company that could do what I needed.

I called them straight away and within days I had my project underway! At this point I was over the moon as before I walked into your store, my project wasn’t looking promising. I had been searching for weeks for someone that could help! As it was a gift for my partner’s Birthday, it was even more special to me that these two wonderful women went above and beyond their customer service duties to help.

I worked in Retail for years so I know how rare amazing customer service is. I just wanted to say that Naomi and Justine are an asset to your company and I tell this story to everyone who knows about my project! I hope it brings you many more happy customers because I know I will come back time and time again knowing that these two lovely ladies are behind the counter.

On behalf of the Artists involved with the recent exhibition - "Four Corners of Art" - I would like to thank Gail and Stuart of Discount Art Warehouse for providing their fantastic Exhibition space for our 2 week show.

The facilities were first class and all of the 100+ guests who attended the Opening Night last Friday (8th October), were full of praise with comments that the space and service were excellent. All feedback received has been extremely positive and the artists were thrilled with the turnout.

We have worked with Gail on this event for some time and would thoroughly recommend her and the Gallery to anyone wanting to show their works. The entire group have been impressed by the professionalism, generosity, patience and support from Gail and her staff and the exhibition was a raging success.

We also encourage everyone to visit the Gallery as well as checking out the fabulous range of art supplies and materials at Discount Art Warehouse.
