Where possible we use Australia Post's eParcel as that allows delivery to PO boxes, tracking and allows you to collect your delivery at the local post office if need be. Delivery is made to your address and requires a signature. If no one is available to take delivery a post office collection slip will be left at the allocated address. For dangerous goods, bulky and/or heavy items such as large easels and boxes of canvases we use Toll IPEC (who CANNOT deliver to PO boxes). Similarly, if no one is available for delivery they leave a contact slip for you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. Any redirections from the original address to us will need to be at your own cost.
