Mont Marte 100ml Oil Paints are made of high quality lightfast pigments and have a smooth buttery consistency. They are available in a gorgeous range of colours. Oil paint has a much slower drying time compared with acrylics which allows subtle colour blending and manipulation of the paint over several painting sessions. Acrylics may darken slightly after drying whereas oil paint dries with a consistent colour. Oil paint has been a fine art medium for centuries as it has proven long lasting, durable and resistant to the elements. Thin with oil mediums such as Linseed Oil and clean up with Turpentine.
